Booked the hotel for its good location next to the restaurant and major sites and the historic center and all that Bamberg has to offer.

The breakfast was varied and we truly enjoyed the terrace where it was served. The double room was well-appointed with a nice view in the front garden.

I chose this hotel for a product showcase and was impressed with the exquisite conference rooms provided for our event. The extensively restored Geyerswörth Chateau, which houses local government offices, added to the unique ambiance. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and the service was excellent.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was rich and very very good, thoroughly enjoyed the position.
The staff were very amiable and the room was extremely pleasant and luxurious. The location was quiet, not too far away from Gartner- und Hackermuseum. This hotel was in a very very nice area near all the main attractions in the city, pubs and the famous town hall located on the bridge.

Our double room was equipped with a safe box, TV set, and a mini fridge bar. The location was ideal, close to Bamberg for a winter festive break, with plenty of restaurants and major sites in the historic center.

Nice rooms
Poor location, right in a red light district, shady characters stalking the streets. Hotel staff corrupt, attepted to charge me for service not utilized, hot water not working!

I am answering on behalf of my boss. He stays at your Hotel everytime he goes to Germany, whether it be, he alone or with his family. His love for your Hotel started 34 years ago after he graduated high school and was packpacking around Europe. When it's time for me to make hotel reservations, if your Hotel is booked at the time he needs to travel, he's at a loss as to where to stay. He says it's the atmosphere and texture of the building.

When I'm in the area, I always enjoy staying at this place. It's in a peaceful spot, close to all the main attractions like the famous town hall, making it a great location to explore the city. 🏰

Perfect hotel, ideal location, clean bathrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with private parking. Well-equipped room with comfy bed, a mini-bar, a private safe and multi-channel television. Good services, free Wi-Fi. Everything good...

The main wing of the hotel in which we stayed was quite new and the rooms spacious and tastefully fitted out

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event and I was highly impressed with their exquisite conference rooms. They provided a perfect setting for our congress, with top-notch facilities and excellent service. The extensively restored Geyerswörth Chateau added a touch of elegance and grandeur to the event.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Having a fully-equipped business center would have been convenient for printing documents and accessing other office amenities.

Nice and comfortable rooms, very close to the city council hall and the city centre. parking facility in the hotel which saved us a lot of headache since we were doing a self driven tour.
The hotel staff a little stiff though. Internet charges pretty high.

The room was spacious, attractively decorated and very comfortable.
I would prefer breakfast to be included in the room tariff (even if this means a higher cost).
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
